Shipping Policy & Delivery Times
Our shipping partner delivers your order to you within 1-4 business days. Delivery takes place between 9am - 9pm from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we do not deliver orders on holidays. The next possible delivery will take place from the next business day.
International orders take a bit longer due to customs and local carrier delivery processing. Average delivery estimates from the time of purchase are.
When you receive your package, a signature may be required upon delivery depending on the carrier and delivery service used.
If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a form indicating where and when you can pick up your order.

Delivery charge – Free delivery on orders over $35; orders below $35 incur a $3.99 shipping fee.

Returns & Refund Policy
If you would like to return items, you can do so within 14 days of your delivery. The deadline starts on the from date of delivery. Please inform us of your return by email via [email protected].
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on opened and used items.
  • An item is considered “opened” if the original safety seal, protective seal, or hygiene seal has been broken or removed.
  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days from date of your delivery. Please note we do not refund our original shipping cost.
  • Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery of any damage.
How to Start a Return
Steps to follow:
  • Please inform us within 7 days of your delivery via [email protected] and note that package must arrive with us within 14 days from date of delivery.
  • Describe your return package or complaint with as much details as possible. Please include your order number or invoice number.
  • You receive a message with information on where to send the product(s).
  • We ask you to return the products undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging.
Please include a copy of the order confirmation with your return. This will allow us to process it faster and more efficiently. Please read the ingredient list carefully to exclude allergies to substances (You can always find the composition of our products below the pictures - please click on Ingredients).
Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If You would like to have another product, You need to place a new order.
If the order was damaged during delivery, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days of your delivery by email at [email protected] and send us a picture and the order number of the damaged products.
Our products comply with all EU safety requirements and are certified.
Refund Process
After processing your return, you receive a credit note for the returned products and we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) if you want no substitute. Please note we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Please note that we cannot accept opened and used products. Once we have checked the products, a refund will be issued and authorized by the same payment method used for the purchase to the Client for the price they paid for the Goods within 10–30 business days. Please note that, after that, it may take an additional up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in Your bank account.

Can I exchange?
Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If You would like to have another product, You need to place a new order.
Do you ship on holidays?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver orders on holidays. The next possible delivery will take place from the next business day.
Can I cancel an order I've just made?
The orders are being processed almost right after they're placed. Therefore, normally we would not have enough time to modify your order information or cancel the order. That is why we ask our customers to make sure to place the correct order because we might not be able to change it.

If you have made a mistake ordering or changed your mind about the order you’ve just made, please contact our support team via [email protected] so they can provide you with the return instructions or cancelation of the order if it hasn’t been processed yet.
I accidentally ordered too many products. Can I edit my order?
If your order was not shipped yet, we can modify the information and cancel the products you do not wish to receive. However, if the order was shipped, we would not be able to cancel it anymore. In this case, you may return unopened/unused products and receive a full refund.

Can I change the shipping address?
If your order was not shipped yet, we can modify the address and send the order to the updated location. However, if the order was shipped, we would recommend reaching out to the carrier directly and they should be able to help you to update the address, as long as it's not yet delivered.

Once it leaves our hands, we no longer have control over your package. That is why we ask our customers to make sure to enter the correct details because we might not be able to change it.
